Spicy Red Wine Spaghetti

Wednesday is Wine Day!! Well....red wine spaghetti day! I saw this recipe on a Food TV show, Giada at Home ,    a few years ago. It looked so easy to prepare, looked delicious and got rave reviews so I decided to make it. This dish is so tasty that it has become one of my husband's favorite meals. Even if you are not an avid  wine connoisseur,  you'll love this pasta. By reducing the red wine, all the alcohol is cooked out and you are left with the robustness of the wine. This recipe takes about 45-50 minutes to prepare and amkes about 4-6 servings. I'm sure you can add your favorite veggies to the dish and that will only enhance the flavor. I'd love to hear your variation of this simply amazing dish!
